Well never in a million years did I think I’d have the above title on one of my blog posts!!
I hadn’t thought about submitting anything for publication, but last year, after a lot of encouragement from my dear friends Trinh and Linda, finally decided to give it a go and submit something to Paper Crafts’ submission call for the March/April 2012 issue.
Little did I think the first card I’d ever submit would be picked! I can’t tell you how over the moon I was when I received a lovely email from Susan Opel. Lol I had to read it a few times just to make sure it really was for me! So here is my card.
Stamp (Hero Arts) – Everyday Sayings
I love this post about A Day in the Life of a Paper Crafts Card and it's fun to think that my little card went on a similar journey. I'd encourage anyone to submit for publication - you never know what might happen:)
After having an op last week, I’ve been taking a little break from making anything (or doing much of anything really!) but hopefully I’ll be back again very soon.
Beautiful card! No surprise here that you are pubbed! Keep submitting!
