Pink, Pink and More Pink.

In my scrap heap, I had a flower already embossed, coloured and cut out which was leftover from this card. So I used it for a quick, girly card I wanted to make.

Pink, Pink and More Pink
Stamps (Hero Arts) - Large Flower Background & Birthday Messages

I stamped the Large Flower Background in pink on pink card and used the same ink for the sentiment. The flower had been coloured with distress inks (worn lipstick and shabby shutters) and I just added a bow and heart gem. I bought the picot edge circles Nestabilites fairly recently and I think I’ll end up using them a lot. The gems danced all around in different positions on the card until I settled on where they are now and I’m still not sure if I like where I put them - lol I think that’s what took most time on the card!

I love it when I find something colored or stamped and cut out! Makes creating faster and easier! :> I currently have 6 roses all embossed and colored, but not cut out lol! :> Love this pretty pretty card! So feminine!

So pretty in all that wonderful pink! The soft green of the stem and leaves makes this card even more beautiful! Just love it, Heather!!

I am not normally a pink gal, but this is a real winner, Heather! And to think you made it from a salvaged flower. I have a hard time with placing random gems....it looks like I dropped them accidentally. You have done beautifully - another who does it well is Barb, who commented above me. Thanks for sharing! Hope all goes well.

You don't often use pinks, Heather - so fun to see this pretty combo! Love that new nestie too!
